Operating system for production use

CentOS 8.x (x64)

CentOS is used as server operating system.

CentOS is an Enterprise-class Linux Distribution derived from sources freely provided to the public by RedHat Inc.. CentOS conforms fully with RedHats redistribution policy and aims to be 100% binary compatible. (CentOS mainly changes packages to RedHat branding and artwork.) CentOS is free.

Windows 10 (x64)

Windows 10™ may be used for manufacturing machines interface and business logic. If there is no web-based user interface, then it might be used as graphical front end for the operator as well.

Windows 10™ is the latest Microsoft operating system, but yet no project did use it.
