Network-Share/Discovery Settings¶

Requirements¶

To setup energy-settings you will need the following:

• a installed and supported operating system (e.g. Windows 7)
• administrator rights

Preliminary Note¶

Windows 7 seems, not always allow network-sharing at all.

Setup¶

• open start-menu and select Control Panel
• goto Network and Internet
• goto Network and Sharing Center
• goto Advanced sharing settings
  • turn on network discovery
  • turn on file and printer sharing
