Install Procedure for ODBC Driver 09.00.300¶

Requirements¶

To install the ODBC driver you will need the following:

• a installed and supported operating system (e.g. Windows 7)
• administrator-access
• a fast internet connection

Preliminary Note¶

There are packages for x32 and x64 environments, make sure to use the one depending on your OS edition.

Install¶

• download the latest stable install package from [[http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/]]
• unzip and execute the install package

Usage¶

• configure ODBC via administration ODBC

if you are running a 64bit-Edition run c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
